Questions about Posted Position:

Questions regarding candidates and the posting should be directed to your Recruitment Process Specialist.

If your position is being sourced by Talent Strategy, you should direct your questions to your Talent Strategy Recruiter.

Job/Position Reviews:

Job/Position Reviews can be submitted for position/compensation updates and/or changes. Reasons for review submissions may include a substantial change in duties/responsibility, market adjustment, or critical retention. Questions regarding reviews can be directed to your HR Partner (Amber Conaway)

If the review is a market adjustment (salary only) the first and fourth pages of the review form are the only ones that need to be completed. All reviews need to be submitted with the employee’s updated resume.

Questions about Employee Relations:

When/if situations arise that may require consultation regarding an employee relations issue in the workplace (performance, conduct, behavior, etc.) please contact your HR Partner or Executive HR Partner.

Workers’ Compensation

If an on-the-job injury occurs, employees should immediately notify the supervisor of their injury and complete the WVU Employee Injury/Incident Report. All forms should be submitted within 24 hours. If you have questions, please contact Medicalmanagement@mail.wvu.edu or (304) 293-5700 ext. 8.

Instructions for voluntary separation:

It is best practice to provide an e-mail response to the employee accepting their resignation in writing once notice is received. If you only receive verbal notice, please contact your HR Partner for further information.
