
On July 31, 2026, participants gathered at the University of Northwestern Ohio’s Hunter Training Center in Lima, Ohio, for an exciting and highly successful EV AAS In-Person Experience. The full-day event brought together aspiring technicians, educators, and industry professionals for an immersive exploration of electric vehicle technology.
Throughout the day, attendees engaged in a variety of hands-on learning activities, working directly with real electric vehicles and advanced EV systems. Participants gained practical experience in a professional training environment while learning from knowledgeable automotive instructors who shared their expertise and answered questions every step of the way.
The event provided a unique opportunity to bridge classroom concepts with real-world application, allowing attendees to build confidence in EV safety procedures, diagnostic techniques, and emerging transportation technologies. The enthusiasm, engagement, and collaboration demonstrated by participants made the experience both impactful and memorable.
